What they need
JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:
1. Will attend to client inquiries (on-site, online, call or text) and entertain other tenant requests/concerns
2. Responsible for accompanying prospective tenants/guests around the property
3. Process reservations of clients which includes evaluation of submitted requirements and documents
4. Will monitor and encode data in the company’s system
5. Maintains and organizes tenant’s documents such as Reservation Forms, Move-In Permit/Checklists, Lease Contracts, etc.
6. Maintains and updates the Inquiries and Reservations database
7. Process Move-Ins by schedule in coordination with Bldg. Admin. (e.g hand-over of keys/keycard, room preparation, utility reading)
8. In-charge of email/text blast in dissemination of information and/or announcements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management/Tourism, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
- Computer proficient
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work on weekends or night shift
- Living in Taguig, Makati or nearby areas in Metro Manila
