We’re Hiring | Front Desk Associate
We’re looking for a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of a premium fitness studio.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, manage check-ins & registrations
Handle payments and POS operations
Handle calls, chats & emails in a professional manner
Respond to WhatsApp messages and client queries promptly
Support the Studio Manager with daily operations
Deliver an exceptional client experience at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills & fluent English
Well-presented, professional and approachable
Basic computer & POS knowledge
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Passion for fitness, Pilates & client wellbeing is a plus
Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience can apply
