Front Desk Associate

Description Looking for a customer service position that provides a chance to interact with guests from all over in a luxurious resort setting?

Our Front Desk Associate role is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys making a great first impression and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This person is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk of the resort.

Job Duties

• Welcome guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Assist guests with any inquiries, concerns or special requests they may have during their stay.
• Program room keys and create arrival packets to ensure a smooth checkin process for all guests.
• Make arrival packets with all the necessary information for guests.
• Clean the lobby area including bathrooms located in the front lobby.
• Provide accurate information regarding resort amenities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Previous experience in a front desk role desired.
