Front Desk Associate

Position Responsibilities:

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests promptly, using clear, professional, and courteous communication.
• Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning lanes, and issuing bowling shoes.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Answer and manage all incoming calls, messages, guest requests, questions, and concerns using proper phone and service etiquette.
• Coordinate with team members regarding lane availability and operational flow.
• Monitor and restock front counter supplies; maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Provide guests with directions and information regarding the property and local points of interest.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining a positive, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Support team members during peak business hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance at all times.
• Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with team members and management.
• Comply with quality assurance standards and operational expectations.

Physical Requirements

• Stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
