Job Summary
Pulse Fitness is a small boutique gym that offers group exercise classes, personal training, pilates, and more!

Front Desk Associates play an essential role in engaging with clients daily. Their primary task is to warmly welcome visitors, handle appointment check-ins, address inquiries, and provide information about services.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Communicate effectively and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and members.
• Greet and assist members warmly.
• Answer phone calls in a friendly manner.
• Ensure that the studio and exercise equipment are clean and well-maintained
• Provide excellent service to all members, prospective members, and guests.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
• Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
• Must have good organizational skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Must be comfortable with dogs in a work environment

Shift Openings:

Afternoon/Evening1 pm**-**8 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14.0 – 21.0 per week
