Front Desk Associate

The Fitness Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, package offerings, including membership sales and renewals, retail and concession sales, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participating in all aspects of the front desk, including answering phones and talking to members.
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution.
• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Closing leads on Memberships and Class Packages
• Presenting the concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros.”
• Giving studio tours
• Generate 10+ new leads daily
• Connect with leads daily
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Attend all sales and training meetings
• Ensuring all retail and bathroom items are stocked and the studio is clean
• Working at least 20 hours per week

Job Qualifications:

• 1+ year previous sales experience, required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
• Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
• Maintains a well-groomed and polish appearance
• Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
• Ability to work and function in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Flexible to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holiday hours, as needed
• Bi-lingual, preferred'

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
