We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team at Fersal Hotel Kalayaan. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. This full-time role is integral to the smooth operation of our hotel.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing information about hotel amenities, facilities and local attractions
- Assisting with luggage, ensuring guests' needs are met
- Maintaining accurate records of guest activity and handling cash and card transactions
- Performing other front desk duties as required to support the overall hotel operations
