Front Desk Associate

E60 Fitness is looking for a skilled customer service representative to join their team, working alongside ownership and management to help provide the best fitness experience in the industry.

E60 Fitness is a fitness center specializing in group training, along with personal training and corporate wellness. E60 Fitness opened in Arlington in June 2017 and has since opened a second location in Alexandria.

Front Desk Associate should be comfortable handling tasks:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling customer transactions via phone, email, mail, or social media such as:
• Reach out to customers via phone or email to verify account information and/or accomplish sales
• Greet customers warmly and confidently answer all questions
• Open, Pause, Upgrade, or Close accounts
• Maintain a clean, sanitary fitness studio
• Represent the E60 brand
• Contribute ideas to the growth of the company

• You have over 1 year experience with face-to-face customer service

Compensation is $12-15 per hour plus commissions.

Hours of Shifts Needed:

• Alexandria Studio: 6:15 am - 8:15 am M/W/F, 5:30 am - 8:30 am T/Th
• Substitute shifts also available

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.77 - $15.00 per hour
