Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a responsible, energetic, and motivated individual to join our Front Desk Team!! We encourage people with Customer Service and Front of House Restaurant experience to apply. Hotel experience is not required.

Once hired, you will undergo an extensive 2-3 week training period where you will be taught the proper Marriott phone etiquette and how to use our Property Management System (FOSSE) to check-in/check-out guests, make reservations, and settle accounts. You will also receive 1 week of Bartending training where you will repeatedly practice mixing our cocktails, until perfected, and get lots of practice utilizing our Point of Sales System (POS).
