Front Desk Associate

Job Summary:

Cornerstone Gymnastics Academy is seeking a Front Desk Associate for weekday evenings. Experience in customer service is preferred. Experience in gymnastics either as an athlete or a professional is not necessary, but welcome. We are looking for someone who loves kids, well-spoken and kind, and proficient in using computers, running sales and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers as they come in.
• Answering any questions customers may have, either in person or over the phone.
• Explaining class schedules, structures and fees.
• Working in our class management program, Jackrabbit, to enroll students, register make-ups, transfer students and drop students.
• Handle the sale of apparel merchandise as well as snacks from our proshop.
• Assist with cleaning.
• Assist with the closing of the gym in the evening.

There may be availability for additional hours for clinics, camps and special events.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 per week
