Job Summary
Penn Station Sandwiches is looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, take orders, process payments, and help maintain an efficient front-of-house operation. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with customers and perform well in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Process cash, card, and other customer payments.
• Answer basic menu and product questions.
• Prepare orders for pickup and ensure order accuracy.
• Keep the front counter and guest areas clean and organized.
• Assist the restaurant team during busy periods.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic cash-handling and math skills.
• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About The Company
Penn Station Sandwiches, also operating as Penn Station East Coast Subs, is a fast-casual restaurant brand specializing in fresh grilled submarine sandwiches, fries, and lemonade. The Greater Omaha operation currently has multiple locations, including Omaha locations on 80th Street and 168th Street.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
