Sleep Inn Mount Olive is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Front Desk Associate for our evening shift. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping guests, staying organized, and keeping the front desk running smoothly during peak check‑in hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations
• Answer phones, assist guests with requests, and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and front desk area
• Process payments accurately and follow hotel procedures
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance
• Ensure smooth shift transitions with clear documentation
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality every day

Requirements

• Dependability is essential consistent attendance and punctuality
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to multitask during busy check‑in periods
• Basic computer skills; hotel PMS experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties
• Must be comfortable interacting with guests throughout the shift

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
