Front Desk Associate

Kansas Hospitality is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. If you enjoy working with people, providing exceptional guest service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from youDuties

• Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Process reservations and update guest information.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other front desk and administrative duties as assigned.
• Perform cleaning and upkeep of the Lobby and entrance

Qualifications and Requirement

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
• Flexible availability and willingness to cover shifts
• Weekends, holidays, and different shifts
• Customer/guest service
• Telephone and computer skills
• Problem solving and dealing with guests professionally
• Reliability and teamwork
• Interest in advancement toward supervisor/management

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
