Overview
We are seeking a friendly, dependable and customer focused front desk associate to join our motel team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to our guest while helping to ensure smooth daily front desk operations. MUST have customer service skills. May work holidays.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professioinal manner
- Check in and out guests efficiently
- Answering phone and attending to guests questions
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately
- Adress and help guests with concerns.
- Follow motel policies, safety procedures, and guest privacy guidlines.
- Some assistance with housekeeping duties.
- Stocking and keeping lobby clean
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 per week
Work Location: In person
