What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate for Front Desk, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Driving membership sales by engaging with potential members and explaining the benefits of our studio.
• Promoting and selling retail products to enhance the member experience.
• Supporting marketing initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and studio environment.
• Collaborating with the team to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Ability to work Monday and Wednesday, 3p-9p.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness.
