What they need
Manage guest check-ins & check-outs
- Handle guest queries (calls, emails, walk-ins)
- Ensure documentation & compliance records
- Assist with basic billing, reports & petty Cash
- Act as property in-charge in the absence of Property Manager
Required Candidate profile
- Final-year/Graduate in Hotel Management (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills & guest-first attitude
- Flexible and willing to travel
