Responsibilities

• Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office
• Support office management tasks including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
• Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing Word processing files, and organizing office supplies

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person
• Strong computer literacy and technical proficiency in office productivity tools
• Previous experience with front desk or administrative roles is advantageous
• Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and office management practices
• Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a plus
