The Picklr Cave Creek is a premier indoor pickleball club focused on exceptional member experiences, clean facilities, and a welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our team.
Position Summary
Front Desk Associates are the first point of contact for members and guests. This role includes check-ins, basic administrative tasks, customer service, and supporting daily club operations. Ideal candidates are personable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

• Key Responsibilities
• Greet and check in members and guests
• Assist with memberships, reservations, and general questions
• Answer phone calls and maintain clear communication
• Maintain cleanliness at the front desk and surrounding areas
• Support daily programs such as open play and leagues
• Promote the club and its membership options
