Duties

• Greet visitors and staff with enthusiasm, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and direct calls appropriately
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
• Assist with office organization by maintaining supplies, managing filing systems, and supporting administrative projects

Pay: From $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
