Responsibilities

• Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
• Support office management activities by coordinating calendar appointments and scheduling meetings
• Assist with client communication via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent customer support
• Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports
• Utilize computer skills to update databases, manage spreadsheets, and ensure overall office productivity

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with productivity software
• Experience with data entry, filing systems, and general clerical tasks
• Demonstrated computer literacy with technical proficiency in office management tools
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Previous personal assistant or administrative experience is advantageous but not required
