Front Desk Associate

We’re a locally owned fitness facility located in North Scottsdale, right off the 101 and Princess/Pima Exit, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a part-time position, averaging 12–24 hours per week. Candidates must be flexible and MUST work weekends. Current available shifts include:

• Monday–Friday: Anywhere from 8AM - 7PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, and 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist members and guests with a positive, professional attitude
• Handle membership inquiries, billing questions, and basic administrative tasks
• Process transactions using our POS system accurately and efficiently
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
• Support the daily operations of the gym and ensure members have a great experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with a solid work ethic
• Comfortable using computers and POS systems
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability
• Prior customer service or fitness industry experience is a plus
