Front Desk Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Front Desk Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
• Assist with calendar management for Party Reservations.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform cleaning duties such as vacuuming, cleaning birthday parties if help needed.
• Provide support in floor attendee duties if help is needed.

Skills:

• Previous experience not required, but is recommended
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
