Location: Butler, PA 16001

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests and visitors, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment during evening shifts.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests, visitors, and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
Check guests in and out as needed
Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork
Monitor the front desk area and ensure a clean, organized workspace
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Perform light administrative and clerical duties
Follow company policies and procedures while providing exceptional service

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and POS system experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Previous front desk, customer service, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus

Schedule & Benefits
Evening shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Other shifts include: 8am-4pm and 12am-8am
Front Desk is Open 24/7
Weekend open availability required
