Front Desk Associate

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, checking guests in and out, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities - Manage reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Address guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred - Knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations systems and phone systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous - Hospitality or related certification is desirable This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, interact with diverse guests, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for visitors.
