Front Desk Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our Brentwood clinic. In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, including checking patients in and out, validating insurance, and utilizing our EHR (eClinicalWorks) system to schedule and coordinate patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately
• Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls or taking messages as needed
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and patients
• Maintain organized filing systems, including digital spreadsheets and paper records
• Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
• Support office management tasks such as supply inventory and general clerical duties

Skills

• Proficiency with EHR systems
• Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, file management, and document processing
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems for effective communication
• Prior office experience or administrative background demonstrating reliability and professionalism
• Technical proficiency in office management tools like QuickBooks or similar software is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
