Front Desk Associate

JOB SUMMARY:
Join our team at Stretchlab as a Front Desk Agent, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly with excellent phone etiquette
• Provide information about services, facilities, and memberships
• Assist with night audit procedures as needed
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other Stretchlab staff to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
