Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle a variety of guest needs during evening and overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and efficiently process check-ins and check-outs
• Manage room reservations, changes, cancellations, and room assignments
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations promptly and professionally
• Process payments, verify billing information, and resolve discrepancies
• Issue and manage room keys
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
• Maintain accurate records and follow all company policies and procedures
• Respond to guest issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary
• Anticipate guest needs to ensure a positive experience

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management skills
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Availability to work assigned evening or overnight shifts
• Dependable and punctual
• Must be at least 21 years old

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
