Front Desk Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include making reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and check-ins and check-outs in a professional manner.

Duties

• Greet clients upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Making reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling as needed.
• Check-in and check-out process efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to assist guests with inquiries or requests.
• Provide information about services, and other enhancements to clients.
• Handle client complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them effectively.
• Iniciative to help therapists and aestheticians to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in a spa or front desk operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in handling phone systems and managing multiple calls efficiently.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing various tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
