Front Desk Associate

Coastal Community Behavioral Health is a comprehensive outpatient addiction treatment program that serves coastal southeast Georgia and northeast Florida. We are located in St. Marys, Georgia. We currently have an opening for an entry level drug screen technician/front desk personnel to assist staff and patients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check-in patients and schedule appointments
• Assist clinical staff with scheduling and acquiring random drug tests for existing patients
• Read and assist with patient financials
• Verify insurance coverage for patients
• Assist staff with additional daily duties including light cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist clinical and medical staff with ancillary organizational duties when needed.

Experience & Requirements:

• This position does not require previous experience since all training will be provided by Coastal Community Behavioral Health.
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required for this position.
• The ability to pass a drug test and a background check is also required for employment.
• The ability to use basic computer applications is also required.
