Front Desk Associate

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Front Desk Associate to join our team! Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact and is the face of the club to all guests and members. Your role is extremely important for improving customer service and overall satisfaction.

Duties Include:

• Rotate laundry and fold towels

• Refill and restock water station

• Greet members and guests

• Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls

• Assist the Office and Marketing Manager as needed with admin tasks

• Keep the lobby tidy

• Light restock of housekeeping items

• Pick up and sort mail

• Check members into the building

• Help members purchase day passes

• Assist members in filling out the correct forms

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
