What they need

We’re building something new in Plymouth, and we’re looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator to be a part of our founding team.

Our privately owned, single-location, multi-specialty dental practice is scheduled to open in January 2027. Before we welcome our first patients, we’re assembling a small, dedicated team that will help shape the culture, systems, and patient experience from day one.

We anticipate this position beginning as early as November 2026, giving you the opportunity to be involved in the exciting pre-opening phase and help us bring the practice to life.

About Our Practice

We are creating a modern, patient-focused dental practice where excellent care and an exceptional experience go hand in hand. We want our patients to feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and cared for — and we want our team to enjoy coming to work, too.

Our new office will feature a beautiful, state-of-the-art environment with modern technology, including digital X-rays and imaging.

As an independent, owner-operated practice, we have the opportunity to intentionally build the kind of workplace we want from the very beginning: collaborative, positive, organized, and focused on doing what’s right for our patients.

About the Role

The Patient Coordinator will be one of the first people our patients interact with and an important part of creating the experience we want to be known for.

You’ll help patients and families feel welcome, informed, and confident throughout their experience with our practice. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming patients and families to the practice

  • Reviewing relevant medical and dental histories with patients and/or parents

  • Discussing proposed treatment plans, appliances, scheduling, and payment options

  • Answering incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly attitude

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments

  • Communicating with patients by phone, text, and email

  • Verifying dental insurance eligibility and benefits

  • Managing insurance claims and billing

  • Scanning and organizing patient documents

  • Requesting records from referring dentists and other dental offices

  • Preparing patient information and materials for upcoming visits

  • Helping develop efficient front-office systems as we prepare to open

  • Supporting the team with general administrative and patient-care coordination responsibilities

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong computer skills and comfort learning new technology

  • A genuinely upbeat, welcoming personality

  • The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • A professional and polished presence

  • Reliability, initiative, and a team-first attitude

Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but equally important to us is finding someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to help create an outstanding practice.

Schedule & Compensation

Monday 8am-5pm,

Tuesday 7am-4pm

Wednesday 11am -7pm

Thursday 9am-6pm

Friday 8am - 4pm

Why Join Us?

Joining a brand-new practice is different from stepping into an established office. You’ll have the opportunity to help create the patient experience, office culture, and systems from the very beginning.

If you’re dependable, energetic, detail-oriented, and excited about helping build a practice where both patients and employees feel valued, we’d love to hear from you.

Be part of the team that brings our new practice to life!
