Front Desk Associate – Dental Office

Aegis Dental Group is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team!

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people. Our front desk team plays an important role in creating a positive patient experience while keeping daily office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and appointment scheduling.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility.
• Collect payments and assist with patient billing questions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and team members.
• Assist with general administrative duties and daily front office operations.
• Help provide an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

• Previous dental front desk experience preferred.
• Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is a plus.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
