Front Desk Agent – Gateway Studio Suites

Gateway Studio Suites is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences and helping us maintain outstanding guest reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phones and assist with reservations
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns promptly
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized
• Follow hotel policies and provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Basic computer skills
• Hotel or front desk experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
