Front Desk Associate

Privately owned business - looking for Part Time Front Desk and Customer Service associate with problem solving skills and a self-disciplined mindset. Swagger offers quality men's haircuts and customer service, in a timely manner, with a high end yet comfortable atmosphere.

We are looking for a well-rounded individual who is upbeat, friendly, hard-working, reliable, and able to adapt to an established yet growing business. Duties include answering phones, booking appointments, creating client profiles, processing transactions, opening and closing duties, regular cleaning, restocking and refilling supplies, laundry, and greeting clients – all with excellent customer service as the foundation. This role needs a “people-person” who takes initiative in challenging situations and is confident in their communication skills, time management, and resolving problems.

Those comfortable/experienced in Meevo software, inventory management, and operations management are a plus.

21+ y/o. (we serve complimentary beer/wine)

Front desk experience preferred.
