Element Fargo is seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, our Front Desk Associates play a critical role in creating an exceptional guest experience. If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that takes pride in hospitality, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
• Answer phones and assist with reservations
• Respond to guest questions and requests
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling available
• Some days, evenings, weekends, and holidays required
