Front Desk Associate

Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working at Choice Hotels or other hotel front desks, with a strong focus on delivering excellent guest service. This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing assistance to ensure a positive stay. Additionally, the Front Desk Associate will be responsible for supporting laundry operations as part of daily duties. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage reservations accurately using hotel management software
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Support laundry operations as needed, including sorting, washing, and folding linens or guest clothing
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Handle phone calls professionally, taking messages or providing information as required
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Follow all safety protocols and hotel policies to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff

Skills

• Prior experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably with Choice Hotels or similar establishments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor
• Basic proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
• Willingness to support laundry duties as part of daily responsibilities
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
