We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club's front desk
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive experience
• Greet and check-in members, offering assistance and answering inquiries
• Manage phone calls and emails, promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Assist with light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Ok with working without a personal cell phone on shift

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role and Wellness Living experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-centric mindset
• Passion for health, fitness, and promoting a positive lifestyle

Working Hours may include:

• Weekdays - Daytime 9:00am-3:30 and/or Afternoon - 3:00pm-8:30pm
• Sometimes Weekends - Saturday and Sunday 9am - 2pm
• Some Friday Evenings for community events 5 times a year

These hours will be booked once hired and involves a full time schedule
