Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. We provide on the job training

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls
• Handle reservations and cancellations with accuracy
• Assist guests with requests and provide information about motel services and amenities
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts
• Perform night audit procedures as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on phone etiquette

• Customer Service experience, able to multi task, basic computer skills (Microsoft office)

• Attention to detail

Attendance is EXTREMELY important.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 36.0 per week
