Front Desk Associate

Thrive Athletic Center is looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate to help keep our facility welcoming, organized, and running smoothly. This hands-on role combines customer service, light cleaning, and support for facility rentals and sports leagues. What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests, players, families, and rental groups
• Answer phone calls and respond to general questions about the facility, rentals, and leagues.
• Assist with check-ins and communicate rental and league information to guests and staff.
• Help prepare spaces and organize equipment before and after rentals and league activities.
• Perform light cleaning, including wiping surfaces, tidying common areas, removing trash, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Help keep the front desk and facility neat, organized, and ready for use.
• Communicate scheduling questions, maintenance needs, and guest concerns to management.
• Assist with other duties related to daily operations, rentals, and leagues as assigned.

Previous front desk, customer service, recreation, or sports facility experience is helpful but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
