Front Desk Associate

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Candlewood Suites Odessa. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good computer skills to handle daily front desk operations and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
• Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service
• Use hotel management software (PMS) to process bookings and payments
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
• Assist guests with special requests and problem-solving
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Ensure accuracy in daily reports and transactions
