Job type: Part-time, W2, about 20 hours per week, mostly daytime

Pay: $16 per hour depending on experience, plus commission on services you provide and tips

About Mountain Glo

Mountain Glo is a one-stop beauty spot with two locations in Summit County, Breckenridge and Dillon. Our clients are busy, active mountain people who want to look and feel their best without the fuss. We keep the vibe fun and relaxed, never salesy, and we help everyone who walks through our doors glow inside and out.

Our days are busy. Calls and texts roll in while our service providers are booked back to back. We need someone who keeps the salon running smoothly and makes every client feel welcome from the first message.

What you'll do

• Answer calls and texts, answer questions and book appointments
• Greet clients and check them in and out
• Keep things moving between appointments: towels, laundry, room turnover and restocking
• Support our service providers on their busiest days
• Deep clean and catch up on salon projects during slower stretches
• Offer spray tans, teeth whitening and ear piercing, and build your own client list

What you need

• About 20 hours of availability a week, mostly weekdays during the day
• Friendly and confident on the phone and in person
• Organized, quick to respond, and comfortable juggling a few things at once
• Reliability. Showing up for each other is one of our core values
• No license required

Bonus points

• Front desk, reception or customer service experience
• Salon, spa or retail experience
• Interest in growing into beauty services
