Job Description

R&R Pet Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist!

We are a busy dog and cat boarding, daycare, grooming, and training facility. Our front desk plays an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. We need someone who enjoys working with people and animals, can multitask, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with pet check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage reservations.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer accounts.
• Prepare and review boarding and daycare itineraries.
• Communicate effectively with kennel staff and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working around dogs and cats.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time position.
• Must have flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays.
• Must be dependable and maintain consistent attendance.
