Front Desk Associate / Night Auditor

We are seeking experienced Part Time & Full Time Front Desk Agents to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact with our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Duties:

• Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, inviting manner and provide them with information about the hotel, spa, restaurant and surrounding area

• Answer incoming and internal phone calls and actioning client requests accordingly

• Executing proper check-in and check-out procedures, processing payments and sales transactions, programming room key, etc.
  -Making or amending room reservations by phone/in person and via our various booking engines

• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and honestly

• Respond to guest inquiries and/or concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and representing the hotel in a positive, friendly and professional manner at all times

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using phone systems and computer software programs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior experience in guest relations or hospitality is required
