Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Answer phone calls promptly, providing excellent phone etiquette and assisting with inquiries or requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure guest needs are met swiftly.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, billing, and other front desk activities.
• Support night audit processes as needed to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly valued.
• Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems like OPERA or property management systems (PMS).
• Knowledge of hotel management practices and guest relations strategies.
