Duties

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service from the moment they step through the door
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS)
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls with excellent phone etiquette
• Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations using hospitality reservation systems
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and special requests while adhering to hotel policies and procedures
• Support guest relations by resolving issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong customer service problem-solving skills

Skills

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations including front desk functions and guest services
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
• Understanding of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times
• Demonstrated ability to solve customer service issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
