Duties

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, warmth, and clear communication
• Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS)
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling, and updating guest records
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience
• Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual skills are a plus
• Basic understanding of hospitality management principles and property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA is preferred but not required—training will be provided
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to handle guest issues efficiently and professionally
• Willingness to learn hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
