Front Desk Associate - Overnight

Max Fitness Augusta is looking for a friendly, energetic Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a team that helps others reach their fitness goals, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Check in members and answer questions about memberships, classes, and services
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Process new member sign-ups, renewals, and payments
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Promote current membership deals, classes, and personal training packages
• Assist with light administrative tasks (scheduling, filing, data entry)
• Respond to member concerns or escalate issues to management as needed
• Support daily gym operations and help maintain a safe, friendly environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and basic POS/scheduling software
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask during busy hours
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others (a plus!)
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
