Front Desk Agent — Part-Time

Schedule: Saturday–Tuesday 3pm-11pm

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. We are looking for someone with a friendly, professional personality and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Answer phones, respond to guest questions, and assist with requests.
• Handle guest concerns and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate guest information and front desk records.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate professionally with guests and fellow team members.
• Help ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Pleasant and professional personality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be available to work Saturday through Tuesday.

Ultimately, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring every guest is greeted warmly, assisted promptly, and leaves with a positive impression of our hotel.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
