Front Desk Associate (Part Time)

This is not your typical Front Desk role. At Fuse, the Front Desk team is the first impression, relationship builder, and a key driver of membership growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering an exceptional first impression and welcoming environment
• Conducting tours and consultations with prospective members
• Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate services
• Contributing to membership sales and retention
• Supporting member engagement and overall experience
• Collaborating with the coaching team to ensure a seamless journey
• Greet and check in members and guests warmly and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries.
• Manage member sign-ups, cancellations, and class bookings using gym software.
• Handle cash, card, and online payments for memberships and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Monitor member access and enforce gym policies.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory tracking.
• Communicate member feedback or concerns to management.
• Promote gym programs, services, and merchandise.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with booking or membership software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
