Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for both pets and their owners. Your responsibilities will include cashier duties, checking dogs in and out, assisting with the transfer of dogs to bathers/groomers, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage cashier duties, including processing payments and handling transactions.
• Check dogs in and out, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
• Assist in transferring dogs to bathers and groomers.
• Perform kennel and bath cleanup duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
